Let’s Have A Ball
Let’s get rolling, bouncing, and stabilizing with a unique, comprehensive, impact free, and fun approach to functional fitness by using stability balls, to shape, sculpt, and strengthen your body.
Training with a stability ball is a great way to improve balance, coordination, and posture, all the while conditioning, toning, rehabilitating, and enhancing your quality of life.
Stability ball fitness training ensures that you engage all essential muscles used in daily activities such as walking, running, lifting, throwing, reaching and carrying.
The stability ball is also beneficial for those working out with back, neck or other spine injuries. The ball can support the lower back and neck when exercising and therefore prevent any strain being put on the affected area.
The added challenge of a balancing ball, requires recruitment of all stabilizing muscles to work synergistically, which improves your entire core set’s strength, and develops a strong structural support for the spine to safely perform regular daily tasks.

Cost per class – $20
Balls and floor mats are provided.
Pre-paid discount cards for 10 classes are available at our studio.
Please bring water bottle and non-skid Yoga socks (both can be purchased at the studio).

Class time : Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 AM ( schedule is subject to change so please pre-register to be notified of any changes)
